Warranty Policy
Halo Ball does not offer any other warranty, besides damage upon arrival, on any of its products and is not liable for any warranty resellers may provide.
Any products that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge. Damages must occur before any use and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. Each claim will be verified at Halo Ball’s discretion to determine if the product is considered damaged before use.
Please inspect all goods at the time of delivery and only accept products received in good condition. We recommend you report your goods damaged immediately, take good pictures, and be certain to retain all original packaging.
