Terms of Service

Company: Halo Ball is a company that sells slack-line and basketball related sporting goods. We are incorporated in Wyoming, USA as Halo Ball LLC. Our address, registered company number, and other business information can be acquired through email by sending a request to contact@haloball.net

Trademark: Halo Ball TM. The use of the Halo Ball logo and design is trademarked

Shipping:

   1. Tracking your order: Once you place your order you will receive an email with your tracking.

   2. To cancel an order: Contact customer service immediately. If your package has left our warehouse nothing can be done until you receive it.

We take each order seriously and want you to receive your product as soon as possible. For clarity, here is how we process orders and get your order out to you.

1. Once we have your order in our system we will process it within 24 hours, between Monday and Friday. If you order Friday afternoon we will process it Monday at the latest.

2. Once processed, your order will be packaged and shipped out to you. Please note processing time is added on top of the estimated delivery time.

3. Estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guarantees. If your order does not come within 6 days of your estimated delivery time please contact us. 

4. An average delivery time for standard shipping will take approximately 2-6 days for the United States and longer for international orders. 

5. Once an order leaves our facility we cannot alter the shipment/order in any way.

Stock: Most of our items are usually not in stock due to high demand. This often results in pre order wait times where we will do our best to communicate a timeline with customers.

Inspection: Please inspect all goods at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition. If you decide to accept delivery of merchandise that may appear to be damaged, please make note that the items were received damaged. Should this happen, please notify Halo Ball LLC immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging.
